We would like to help you make your event a success. We know that planning an event or conference can be a challenge. 为了方便起见, our website provides the initial information to help you decide if Westmont is the right choice for your event. If you have not already done so, please take a few moments to review the Facilities Overview section to better acquaint yourself with our venues.
While the Westmont Conference 和 Event Services welcomes a wide variety of groups, we receive more requests for our facilities than we can host. To gain an underst和ing of what kinds of groups we welcome, please see our Guiding Principles for Quotes 和 Contracts.

Please note that dates 和 facilities are not confirmed or guaranteed until you have spoken with Conference 和 Event Services 和 received a signed contract.
The central purpose of the Westmont Conference 和 Event Services is to support 和 further the mission of Westmont College. Hospitality is a core value of Westmont's Christian identity, 和 so we welcome a wide variety of groups to our campus. 仍然, our educational 和 religious values do give rise to principals that guide our choices among the many organizations seeking to hold their programs at Westmont.
We especially welcome organizations whose mission furthers work Westmont is engaged in:
- serving the academic community, especially the liberal arts community 和 Christian higher education
- providing educational opportunities to the broader society, especially those reflecting our Christian liberal arts identity, 包括学术, 艺术, 精神上的, 身体发育
- strengthening the Christian church, especially in ways that involve an educational aspect 和 that promote the integration of Christians’ 精神上的 和 intellectual lives

Because we seek balance in our overall program, we may occasionally choose not to host programs in areas where the overall program is already well represented.
Though we often welcome those whose work may not reflect one or another aspect of Westmont’s core identity as a Christian liberal arts institution, we may choose to decline those whose work, 据我们估计, pursues goals inconsistent with the College’s mission 和 identity.
As we invite others to our campus, we do so trusting that principals of hospitality guiding the relationship between host 和 guest will prevail, especially with respect to possible differences between the values of the organization or its program participants 和 those of the Westmont community. For our community this means showing hospitality characterized by a willingness to encounter what is unfamiliar with grace. For our guests this means respecting the values of the Westmont community 和 living in ways consistent with those values while they are with us.

Westmont Conference 和 Event Services hosts groups from 7 to 700 during our annual season, mid-May through early August. The campus offers an ideal setting for a retreat away from the bustle of town but still close to local amenities 和 attractions.

Whether you’re planning a community fundraiser, a board meeting or a seminar, Westmont Conference 和 Event Services can host your meetings 和 individual events year-round. 在学年期间, 设施使用有限, but all our facilities are available during the summer conference season on a first-come, 标间.

If you would like your event catered, we can work with you 和 our on-site caterer, 索迪斯, 来帮你计划菜单. Catered events are limited to certain facilities on campus. The Dining Commons is available for private events ONLY during the summer conference season.
